Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with TORQUE. Here is how we ship your order.

Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 3 business days after payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday are processed the next business day. During busy periods, processing may take a little longer, and we'll email you if there's a delay.

Delivery time
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the carrier and your location.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. [Or: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.] Any taxes or duties applicable to your order are shown at checkout.

Order tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number and link. It can take up to 24 to 48 hours after that email for tracking details to update. If you have no tracking update after that time, contact us.

Multiple items
If you order several items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll get tracking details for each shipment. You won't pay extra shipping for this.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We can update an address only if the order hasn't shipped yet, so contact us as soon as possible. We aren't responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at checkout, and a reshipment would need to be paid for.

Delayed, lost or stolen packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email us at torqueknee@gmail.com with your order number. We'll check with the carrier and work with you on a resolution. If a package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please check around your property and with neighbors first, then contact us.

Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, please see our Return and Refund Policy for how we'll make it right.
